Founded in 1972 by Harro Tiedtke, Gerhard Bühling and Dr. Reinhard Kinne, TBK has developed, with over 130 staff members including 26 Patent Attorneys and 3 Attorneys-at-Law, into one of the leading intellectual property firms in Germany and Europe. Our service facilities are based in the city of Munich which, with the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal German Patent Court, actually is the patent capital of Europe. We offer high specialization in formal and routine operations combined with excellent attorney’s skills and creativity. The name TBK is nowadays a symbol for committed and successful work.
